Remove the 4 screws from the paddle cover using a Phillips screwdriver.

Remove the paddle cover.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw, 2 plastic washers, 1 steel washer, and plunger fromt he compression spring. Hold steel washer with thumb and paddle forward to keep springs in place.

Remove the springs. Reverse the entire process to install new springs. Always replace set of springs instead of replacing just one.
